Staff is like family. General manager and assistant manager do their best to make everyone happy. The kids are adorable and make it easy to work. You are trained for every position quickly so you can move up quickly.
Cons
Most of the cons have to do with new ownership. Owners do not communicate with management or staff. Cut hours without letting anyone know what is going on. Management began owning the facility over a year ago and still do not seem to know what they are doing. One time I was working and the owner came in and just told me I had no choice but to work late because a party just wanted to add on time. They never go by the book. Other than that, parties tend to not tip well.
