Pros

Excellent benefits, good short term/stepping stone company to get valuable experience. The older family member managers are caring and legitimately nice. Three divisions under one roof allows movement among divisions when positions open. Good IT support and modern computers and tools.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid employees, some high level managers are untrustworthy and add to the problem of gossiping, upper managers in some divisions have harassed female workers without consequence, there is more opportunity for men in this company.
