      Leadership Needs to do better

      Pros

      I got to work with some amazing people while some other staff had nasty attitudes.

      Cons

      Favoritism was common place. Leadership were rude and disrespectful. You get paid meager salaries and are worked to the bone. You do not get paid for working overtime hours and get blamed for issues that are caused by a lack of good leadership.

      I worked with some and of the best people and enjoyed my job.

      Cons

      The leadership is very cut throat and sometimes disrespectful. They do not always provide the resources required to do your job and you do not get paid for overtime. You are made to feel like you do not have any worth and will not be acknowledged when you are exceptional at your job.
