      Colleagues becoming friends by sharing so many work struggles

      Cons

      Quite literally everything else. People in management are power trippers who speak down to you. Nothing done about bullying and harrassment conplaints. Not enough staff, so everyone is overworked. Safety problems that are ignored by employees being affected. Low pay. The list goes on

      Great if you’re an aircraft enthusiast

      Cons

      Company totally not following Australian work standards. Not paying penalty or overtime, was required some weeks to work up to 90 hours but got only paid 38 hours. Long story short, Working for JA is simply daylight robbery and the government is closing both eyes unfortunately.

      Large company and a country lifestyle.

      Cons

      Management work against the staff, HR decide what you’re worth at any given point in employment, without consultation. Safety is put aside due to costs, proper tooling and GSE deemed too expensive.
