Work/life balance is amazing, CEO respects his employees and values both their time and opinions, atmosphere is very inclusive and kind but also with efficiency and time management playing a vital role, I have always felt supported and valued working here
Cons
Sometimes employees have been let go without much explanation. It's always in a professional way, but the lack of transparent conversation about the employee's absence felt strange.
It’s not often that you feel that the company you work for actually cares about you, but Jet Fuel Studio genuinely does. They really value their employees, they pay fairly, and are understanding to work/life balance even through times like COVID. Working with a small team helps you develop other skills in areas where you might not be able to get those opportunities at a larger company.
Fun clients and co-workers, new opportunities, and hard-working creatives.
Cons
It's really busy because the company is so small. You need to be able to prioritize your work and work across a number of different projects--be able to "wear multiple hats". Definitely a good problem to have, as you'll always have your hands in some fun and exciting projects.
