      Pros

      Fair days work. Flexible schedule. Laid back for the most part.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and planning across departments. Higher ups need to lead more. Some departments have more power then they should have and other departments don't have enough. Family owned company and you can tell. Most of the higher ups are family members.
