      Pros

      Working with dogs, a great team (that we built ourselves), warm customers

      Cons

      Ownership gives no autonomy. You are micromanaged beyond belief, given unrealistic goals with zero support to achieve them. You'll be berated and yelled at in front of peers, your team and even clients. The most bullying I've ever seen since high school really.

      Get to interact with cats and dogs. Staff were relatively pleasant

      Management doesn’t seem to care about their employees. Pay is not worth the amount of effort/work they want you to do
