Pros

Decent pay and you get the opportunity to go to the Olympics. Everyone besides the immediate family is very nice

Cons

The company will woo you and give you a nice title, but it means nothing. You will make no decisions, you will have no budgets to manage and you will spend your days figuring out how a company so successful operates this way.
