      Pros

      A great team culture, I found not only coworkers, but friends. The team is supportive and collaborative, and management is demanding in a positive way, creating an environment where you can truly grow and improve. There is constant learning, and both the team and management are always available to explain things, provide guidance, and offer support when needed.

      Cons

      The initial adaptation can be challenging, and sometimes priorities or requirements change quickly. However, I don’t see this as a negative, it’s a fast-paced environment that encourages you to learn, adapt, and grow quickly.

      CEO likes to bully people

      Ok healthcare and lunch sometimes. Decent co workers!

      CEO thinks he's perfect or close to perfect but he is definitely not even close to a decent CEO. This is the reason why when someone post a negative review, he would then reply back and say it didn't happen or it's your fault. He really got too much self pride to be replying to these rating when it is our honest feedback and opinion, so learn how to accept it and make some changes or continue to tank your company's rating. Your company is decent but you suck as a CEO, so please admit it. The engineers may be getting what they want but he treats most of his other employees like dirt and think highly of himself. Don't work for this company - run unless your manager is not this CEO which I highly doubt it because this CEO likes to control everything and be part of everything as he thinks he's the best!

      3 fake reviews back to back. This contractor was let go for quiet quitting and threatened to leave us negative reviews unless we gave her a severance package. After we gave her two raises. After we paid for her son's private school. We said No.

      Some colleagues were talented and hardworking. Exposure to certain technologies. Remote work.

      Cons

      Short-term contracts and high turnover. Poor management communication. Lack of career growth opportunities. Company dismisses/discredits valid employee feedback.

      3 fake reviews back to back. We have never had an engineer work for less than 12 months. You claim you're a software engineer in San Francisco yet nobody on our SF team has left since our founding. Also, it's clear from your semantic writing style that you are the same exact person who left the other 2 negative reviews.
