Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at JetInsight. Clearly, we failed to meet some of your expectations here. I appreciate your honest feedback and we are always listening and working to improve. I'm glad that you found the problems at JetInsight interesting and the people great to work with. We seek to empower each of our engineers to be product-focused and take individual ownership over a piece of the product. We feel that this leads to the highest product velocity and best end product (not to mention allowing for more learning and development for the team) - but we also realize that it doesn't work for everyone and we may not be the right employer for every engineer. At the proposal of some of our team members, we are rapidly adopting newer technologies like React and Next.js (and have had both in production for a while now as I'm sure you know). We choose proven technologies that best meet our customer's need, not the latest fad for the sake of newness - but if we did not meet your expectations for speed of adoption, that is on us. Again, I apologize that we did not meet some of your expectations, and we wish you the best of luck in your pursuits! Dave
