Complete disorganization throughout the entire company from the CEO on down. The new "Jetpay" is solely focused on profits and the customer experience and satisfaction is almost an after thought.
JetPay is growing and I am so excited to be part of the company right now. I have worked for several companies over the years and never have I felt like I can make such a difference., I really have a voice and am encouraged to suggest ideas and make things more "effortless" for me, my teammates, our customers. Its awesome!
Cons
We have been rolling out Salesforce to manage everything going on with our customers, its a great tool but we still have some bugs to work out and some workflows to improve. However I know our leadership team is committed to improvements so I am confident its just a matter of time.
