Disappointing place to work

Pros

Community organisation that in theory is there for the Jewish Community

Cons

Terrible culture, Directors who are not role models, an uninspiring CEO and employees who should be removed. Past employees who have wanted to see change, voiced their opinions on how to improve things or who were actually making a real difference to the organisation have left or were forced out. What hope do the rest of us have to see any real change.

Pros

There is an awful lot of people there that care about what they do.

Cons

Senior Mgmt restructure means that senior mgmt care very little about what you do as long as it can be monetised.

Pros

Co-workers are amazing and clients are inspiring

Cons

A revolving door of management who only care about numbers and not about the quality of services or supporting their staff. HR is also a joke, as we filed grievances against the bullying culture in Jewish Care and they continue to support the bullying manager.
