- Horrible management (yelled at almost daily) - Entitled parents that were mean to staff

Management is horrendous. First they had a GM who sexually harassed every female employee including inappropriately touching a minor, then they got rid of him after an abundance of HR complaints they could no longer ignore and brought in Brian, a guy with serious boundary issues and no relevant experience who seems determined to make everyone around him bow down or be miserable. He is not at all suited to work in a Community Center. The center itself is falling apart. Everything is always broken. The JCC is desperately underfunded and most members are consistently unhappy and constantly complaining, which is not fun to deal with from a staff perspective. This place operates as if they were a country club when what they offer is less than a low budget rec center with far less of a sense of actual inclusion and community. Truly an unpleasant place to be employed.
