      Some floors are good, and some terrible

      Some floors have really nice and understanding nurses who help you when you're new to the job.

      Cons

      Other floors can be very bad, if you can avoid D5 and D6, you'll be doing yourself a favor.

      They demand too much at times and the job description is open-ended. This means they can make you do more than humanly possible and you can’t say no.
