The staff is hard working and knowledgeable.

Cons

Low, way below industry salary. CEO gets too involved and can be too hot headed at times. Tries to encourage the team, but it is hard when the team is over worked. Way understaffed. You always put in lot of hours over 40.

Jexet provided me ample experience in "putting out fires." Probably one of the best exercises in maintaining a calm and collected manner in times of high stress I have ever had the privilege of experiencing.

Cons

I was lied to by my direct supervisor repeatedly. The CEO was, in fact, surprised by my resignation letter when my direct supervisor was fully aware of my dissatisfaction. It was clear there was no communication between the two in regards to my requests, even though I was told otherwise.
