Favoritism, lack of business structure, unprofessional management, incompetent and unqualified management, unwillingness to give raises to current employees, lack of compassion or care for employees personal lives, lack of training and unwillingness to address the issue, unrealistic goals for job tasks, lack of supplies and tools to complete job tasks, management takes on more jobs then it can realistically complete with the current workforce, workforce is spread thin throughout multiple projects daily, current clientele is unsatisfied with quality of work, lack of job security, long time employees are unsatisfied and have quit, lack of moral with all employees
