      Line manager was helpful and trying to make positive improvements.

      Cons

      Very low morale stressful working environment, high turnover of staff, toxic working environment with lots of bullying.

      Pros

      Some line managers are brilliant, some teams have fantastic working relationships and some offices are incredibly welcoming. There are some fantastic benefits on offer.

      Cons

      None of the above pros are consistent and the company does not reflect any Best Companies rating awarded to the originally companies. The management culture if anything is pretty standoffish and hierarchical.
