      Amazing team members, really smart and dedicated people you'll get to work with.

      Cons

      There is no reason this should not be a rocket ship. The CEO is awful and is the entire reason this startup is failing. There has been over 100% executive turnover every year and no one thinks to blame the guy at the top? That's not normal.

      Lean startup, good people, bold vision

      Cons

      Very complex organization with slow decision making process and terrible HR culture, coming from the very top. 10ish departures in the leadership / exec team in the past 14 months. Ask questions about it if you are interviewing

      A lot of autonomy because leadership has no idea what they're doing

      Cons

      More cons than pros - Leadership consistently lies to you, very secretive, multiple times we have come close to running out of money, poor financial management on offsites and team events when we should be cutting costs, middle management gets blamed for leadership's results, people odn't work hard. The CEO does work hard. No direction and scatter brained. No semblance of culture. Multiple back to back layoffs. Avoid at all costs please
