      Fun events and freebies, casual dress.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover. Popularity contests. Perception is reality. Everyone must be a leader as steady workers are not appreciated. Squeaky wheels get the grease. Culture is not transparent and a lot like high school. Opportunities for the "in" crowd only. Executives have favorites.
