Birthday lunch once a year. Every other weekend off.
Cons
Toxic micromanagement with no constructive solutions. Lack of communication between departments. High employee turnaround. No room for advancement. Favoritism. No core values.
The people who work there are great. It’s also the number one Chevy dealership in Oklahoma which means higher volume
Cons
They don’t take care of you. Draw is $2500 but you have to pay that back if you don’t make that amount (most dealerships don’t do that) Meaning you’ll get paid less than minimum wage unless you manage to beat draw. I had coworkers who sold 13+ cars and still didn’t beat draw. Super greedy management. Keep money from you anyway they can.
