Horrible compensation for workers

You get your money the next day Depending on how good you are at serving you can make a decent amount Friendly staff Clean workplace

Cons

Payment for servers is always getting stolen from corporate and distributed to back of the house. It's frustrating because you only get paid 3 dollars an hour without tips, and the tip out is a massive dip in that payment.
