Due to being in a small team it can sometimes be overwhelming but amazing to watch the growth.

Half of travel accommodated for. Manager get togethers in France.

Cons

Clarity on the state of customer orders, especially any special cases, was non-existent. Customer not being able to contact stores or head office put terrible strain on Store Managers and staff.
