1. Typical family owned business who expect to make millions with minimal staff 2. Autonomous decision making with no reference to data 3. Ridiculous HR department that is totally not responsive 4. Ridiculous PTO policy 5. People in e-commerce totally bluff CEO to make it sound like things are done as per his guidance irrespective of relevance making fun of his recommendations 6. Ridiculous upper management

This company has not a clue how to run a business. They are abusive. You would think they are running a prison rather than a clothing company. Beware. Boycott Jimmy Jazz!
