Pros
Full range of benefits: 401K, medical, sick leave, vacation leave, personal time off. Company is growing steadily. Hours are very balanced.
Cons
Very hard to get promoted - slow mobility. Employees have been here for 10-20 years so I guess they are doing something right. Some company processes can sometimes be too bureaucratic - getting some things done is actually easier than the paperwork that comes with it.
