code quality is high. good product base. interesting challenges. opportunity to learn. technical CEO

management needs more transparency unexpected contractual changes in notice period for being terminated (very odd) vision is not clear and leads to misunderstandings and blame CEO needs more tact, lacks good communication skills

- Great team and atmosphere, not too much pressure, can have a very good work life balance - Lots of freedom in selecting what tasks to work on - It's a startup - so very little legacy code, fast iteration - 0 bureaucracy when it comes to getting new equipment - Very good salary, above market for Berlin

Cons

- Top management is sometimes either too involved in a project (to the point of micro-managing some things), or not involved enough (only superficial understanding of what the situation/problems are)
