Pros

You get a feeling that you can do a lot better in life. Any moment spent here will make you question your life choices.

Cons

To sum up Everything. (Trying to be as modest as possible) 1. Horrible compensation( inversely proportional to inflation) 2. Top management seem to have a brain capacity and attention span of a spoon. 3. Horrendous work environment ( concept of employee comfort and employee having a personal life hasn't reached this part of the world) 4. Increments and promotions are exponentially related to amount of bootlicking. 5. Actually doing something productive is considered a criminal offence. 6. Rewards for performance is another unheard concept. 7. Taking your own paid ( earned) leave is also a criminal offence. 8. Inadequacy is key to success. 9. Company Policies are as useful as watering plants during rain. 10. One and only organisations that specifically charges its own employees for gifting its own employees. Adding to these "gifts/ handouts" which are exactly the same for the last decade as our salaries. On a different note this presents an opportunity to start a business out of these "gifts" but everyone will have the same business. 11. State of art drainage facilities as we get our personal swimming pool in event of drizzle. 12. Employee separation process is seamless and customised as you will be working in place of the HR to prepare own service/ relieving letter. Such great benefits have never been offered before.

You find a strong will to do something and leave this place. Few good people exist but finding them will depend on luck

List is as follows: 1. Same position, different people have different salary 2. Minimum 3yr for promotion but can be more, multiple acquaintances with 10+yr and no promotion 3. Chair warmers are appreciated not the hard/smart workers 4. Seniors are duffers who don't even know the task, are supposed to guide you. 5. They state open door policy but they will reprimand you for doing so 6. Treats plant employee as third class citizen. No value if you work in plant. 7. Saturdays are working in plant by nature and Sundays as you will be called for urgent important work that happens every week. 8. After office hours are appreciated even though not compensated. It doesn't matter if u work or not. Just sitting extra hours and being a chatter box will make you a dedicated employee 9. Different reimbursement policy for plant and corporate employee. Even if you go to same place for same task plant people will not be given same compensation and are forced to stay at low class areas. 10. No recreational activities. 11. Poor management as you will always be notified about the meetings at the 12th hour not even 11th and then be held responsible for not preparing properly 12. Upper management is like a bunch of aunties more interested in gossip and it will spread like fire 13. Knowledge of politics should be included in the requirements for any job as that is the sole obligation for any job. 14. Less work force. No planning for succession. 15. If you are the working type then you have to do work of 5 people as majority won't work but management will never understand this. 16. They charge you for a club even if you don't avail the services as they need funds to maintain good area for the owner and his important clients. 17. They wont even provide sufficient chairs to sit and when questioned will ask half people to go in plant and when they return rest half should go so that one can take turn in sitting. However hr and admin will have vacant chairs in ample amount for no one to come and sit. 18. Exit process is like walking on fire as they will punish you for leaving. They don't even consider to behave good or help in a hope that the person may return. I think it is so as they know that no sane person will ever come back. 19. Hr will force you to go back in terms of open-mindedness as they will say and I quote "this is not Delhi or Mumbai" 20. The meme about having a meeting to decide a meeting originated from this place 21. Hostel repair started before I joined and is still unfinished even after I left. Based on updates from my colleagues 22. They recently only thought of providing toilets for female in the work area . Previously one had to walk back min 1 km even to use the loo. 23. Admin is way much qualified to save the money that they will devoid you of basic needs for savings 24. They don't provide proper PPE to everyone and only give it to few during audits in order to get points 25. If you punch in 1 min late , half day salary will be deducted but if you work for 5 extra hours it will not be considered 26. When a question is raised on overtime compensation the management will tag you as inefficient though they will be giving task to you after office hours on regular basis. This is just a brief summary. Don't dare to join
