Pros

Some coworkers are fun to work with

Cons

Where do I even begin with Jingle Punks. Firstly, a lot of the problems stem from the parent company, Anthem Entertainment. There's a lot of miscommunication and honestly, there's just not a lot of communication in general. The pay is low, bonuses and raises are laughable, you'll be expected to cover duties that you're not responsible for. Don't even think about getting a title change. Honestly I think half the people don't even know what they're doing or what the structure is at the company anymore because there's been so much turnover. Over the past year, this company has had A LOT of diversity and inclusion problems. There's a huge lack of accountability and people owning up to their mistakes. A lot of people like to say "it's above my pay grade" even though they're the people getting paid the most. HR department is a complete joke and will gaslight you. They'll make it seem like they approve of things, like a diversity committee, and then do a complete 180 and say they never supported and will never acknowledge the existence of the committee. BIPOC will be threatened and punished for simply pointing out the racist structures within the company when all they wanted to do was make the workplace better. CEO Helen Murphy is a straight up nightmare. Lots of people have been leaving the company and if it's on purpose, she's doing a really good job of making the work environment so nasty that we're all leaving because we can't take it anymore. It's honestly a sinking ship.
