We had to let good people with great talents go, and this was done with a heavy heart and consideration for the well-being of all our employees, both those leaving us and those staying on, as well as the long-term sustainability of our company. Could we have done better? For sure. There are always learnings to be taken from these kind of situations, for all parties involved, and we will continue to strive to do better.
