      JoVE is a dynamic and fast-growing company with its trailblazing and excellent scientific video journal. JoVE is a young company, which contains a lot of opportunities for the talented people to grow in this company, achieve their attainments and pursue their own goals.

      Cons

      JoVE is young, it takes time to grow into a mature company. The team is not very stabilized as there's elimination ratio applied, which sometimes looks brutal.

      You can make your schedule more flexible and work with friendly colleagues. From time to time you can work from home and your manager monitors your work activity online.

      Cons

      1. Ignorant CEO. His decision-making process is falling behind the latest one and this will ruin his company in the future. 2. There is no communication at all with the management, you just have to follow their orders and directions. This company is finished.
