The Huntsville staff is amazing. I’ve worked with a lot of people, these women care and that is greatly appreciated.

Cons

Once hired you become salaried and no OT pay. Recruiting is often last minute late/early mornings OT would be great.

The job is a cold calling kind a Job, where you compete with your DM, yeah, the make commission too. You find your oww leads and can work they ones of the many BDM, that have already left. Yes, it is a revolving door. Also, the industry is so saturated with too many companies offering the same.There is no tool of marketing software. Want to do staffing go to Manpower higher salaries at least $15000 more per year. Unlimited resources and true business development activities. They pay for your Car, leads, a marketing software from sales forever and more.
