Pros

The pros were the benefits and the luxury of getting your own laptop to be able to work from home, etc.

Cons

This company has individuals who are very narcissistic and racist through their comments that they make in team meetings. They do not care about their employees' well being and rather talk down to them as if they are not worth anything. They think they are inferior to their employees due to their role in the company then become surprised when complaints are made against them. They only care about stats not the well being of clients and staff. They talk negatively behind your back and then praise you a minute later as if they did not do anything wrong. They are only in it for a pay-check and nonetheless. Unprofessional senior management team to say the least. I would not recommend working there unless you are wanting to be miserable everyday.

Horrible Corporate Culture!

Pros

Ability to be slack. Senior management is lazy and mysterious. All front-line workers are fully aware of this.

Cons

Everything other than what's in Pros. There are so many other organizations (especially in York Region) that will take you on the path of a rewarding career.

Pros

They provide decent benefits-vacation time, personal needs and sick time.

Cons

SMT needs to change. Same rules do not apply to all, exceptions made for favourites. Some SMT and Manager’s are bullies and unprofessional. Staff that have been employed for years are making less money than those being hired currently with little to no work experience in the sector. Funding is going to support hiring too many unnecessary Director/Manager roles. Staff leave, no one replaces them, they pile the work of two on one. They tell staff there is no money in the budget for raises each year but, it’s no secret, it’s public knowledge that two more JS staff members joined the Sunshine list in the last few years?
