Unfortunately this company is an endless pit of despair and there are no pros.
Cons
Hard to decide where to begin but let’s start with the payroll process being absolutely terrible, they constantly mess up wages and hours and then treat you as if you’ve done something wrong when bringing it up. When this issue is resolved you receive no apology or explanation, the payroll specialist needs to go. In addition, they have no appreciation for employees and treat you very poorly, the “president” of the company is the worst offender of this. Finally they illegally hire minors and undocumented workers and terminate employees based off racial, cultural or political differences.
