Pros

Working for Job.com has absolutely no pros...unless you like not being paid. My legacy company was fantastic and had a great culture, great leadership and I would have retired there.

Cons

Executive leadership does not care about the employees, they have not paid payroll on time for almost 4 months and did away with several of the benefits offered by the legacy companies. They push employees to continue to drive revenue through the staffing and search business but only care about the tech side of the business, which is not producing revenue- all the while they can't make payroll or pay vendors. The only reason I am still with the company is out of loyalty to my legacy company's leadership.

Pros

The pros are the employees. Very positive and professional. A real team environment.

Cons

Since November, we've been experiencing consistent delays in receiving our paychecks, and currently, we're on day 11 of not receiving the latest one. Initially, the company attributed these delays to issues with the payroll provider, ADP, and later shifted blame onto customers for overdue payments. Meanwhile, the company has been allocating funds towards extravagant trips and advanced AI technology that we don't even utilize. The lack of transparency and communication from upper management has been disheartening. It's becoming increasingly challenging to remain committed to a company that lacks direction, guidance, and our trust. If not for the dedication of the employees, the situation would be untenable.
