Cons

The communication from the internal offices is very low about things such as why the APP isn't working properly or how to file a claim if an accident occurs at the worksite. No communication regarding whether the app works creates a flaw in the business. Also the app looks horrendous and deserves an appreciated visual and user interface remodel

very flexible schedule, mindless work

Cons

terrible pay. Owners are stuck up. They really think this is the next Uber. The The The interview was totally demoralizing. The interviewer asked me to count backwards by 17 from a 1000. I went about 15 deep before I finally said I'd had enough. She insisted I continue.
