lacking vision and mostly chaotic

team is young and eager to learn diverse nationalities perk as urban sports club membership

Cons

people are sacked and hired with lack of any long term vision hiring and firing masses of people without any consideration of integration financially insecure and volatile unpleasant involvement of private matters into daily work

flexible hours remote work great place to make friends ( your peers )

Cons

lack of clarity on decision making dysfunctional team: lack of coordination and communication, C levels and upper levels are considered as tyrants ( their way or the high way ) No bonuses or stocks whatsoever ( no motivation in general ) you always feel judged and under the microscope ( micromanagement ) salaries are considered to be above average, and it's not the case
