- Incredible team, especially the younger staff. Hard working, smart, thoughtful and generally good people. - One of the best brands in the apparel industry. - Flexible (unlimited) vacation policy, health benefits. - Passionate founders still involved on a daily basis, making great products.
Cons
- It's a small apparel company so salary may not be as good as other industries. - Communication from sr management needs improvement.
