Real family feeling here. People support each other and work is manageable. Management tries to do nice things for staff, like parties and rewards for high performance.
Cons
Salary might not be as high as some of the mainland firms, but they make up for it with good benefits, like vacation and telecommuting. I don't have to work crazy hours like I did previously.
