      Toxic Leadership and Constant Wage Theft

      Pros

      Fun creative work with an experienced crew. Learning opportunities are always available. If you like to solve problems on sight (during installations and in front of clients), you will have this opportunity here—a fast-paced environment with creative projects.

      Cons

      The major cons are the toxic/aggressive attitudes of key leadership and the constant threat of wage theft. These jobs are often fast-paced and that can be stressful, however, couple this with being yelled at by leadership instead of managed and educated, almost no oversight for workplace abuse, and constant wage "misunderstandings" and the effort is not worth it.

      Pros

      JMP pays creative people to do high caliber creative work. Despite the fact that pandemic cut our work relationship short, I very much enjoyed the projects, clients and talented fabricators people I worked with. John and Clinton are likable and dedicated to their work and leadership. The project timelines are fast and furious so be ready for a fast-paced environment.

      Cons

      Some redundancies in project management process. File Trees, Doc sharing, resource management could be streamlined for greater ease and efficiency. I sometimes felt dizzy with the amount of bouncing among various, calendars, programs, and databases to keep a project organized and info flowing to the right people.

      Pros

      The employees are family. Warm casual work environment. Project based work, so it can get stressful at times but they take care of their people. Be prepared to learn and grow!

      Cons

      Some of the processes could be streamlined. Workload can become overwhelming and not a lot of help is given when jobs become difficult.
