An unstable working environment that became hostile with constant mood swings made the communication in the office null.

They were very willing to give time off when needed for family or school reasons. Time off or a flex schedule was a big bonus.

Cons

Hostility. Mood swings. Management upheaval. Lacking communication. Office rules could change from hour to hour. No training. After asking the office manager for help she said "Sorry, there is nobody to help you, you are on your own." This was not an isolated event as this was a reoccuring pattern.

Mostly, good with days off.

Cons

This is not a job working environment. The owner is hostile and racist. He is constantly yelling at someone for something whether or not they did it. He is adamant you are not allowed to be friends with each other in or outside of the office. You are not allowed to have going away parties for a co-worker at that person's house and invite everyone. The owner often bad mouths people after they leave with unthruths. I would not consider having anyone work here, since it seems like he cannot keep anyone.

Pros

I can take time off as needed. Management is pretty flexible with all things that are important. Excellent 401K plan.

Cons

Need a better variety of dining places near the office. Snow plowing in the lot could be better. Allot better.
