Pros
You get to work by yourself, and travel time between stores are like having breaks that are paid.
Cons
Hard, heavy work. Almost no training, they expect much even when your first start(with very little training). Low pay for the job that you do. Management constantly complaining about your work, never stopping by to congratulate you for good work. The sales rep was badmouthing me to a client and I was told about this from another company's rep on site. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Also they sabotage your work at sites to make you look bad, and yes I have proof of this!
