Pros
Non-corporatist environment, few employees, easy communication with HR. Get-together with food, drinks and games once a month. You will have coworkers from all over the world.
Cons
Many communication failures, rules for remote work are not established (your leader decides if you deserve it), training is not done by someone prepared for it, low salary and the company's goals may not be very ethical. No health insurance during the probationary period.

Company managed by actual brothers. Great atmosphere and a lot of awesome ppl from all around the world.

A bit low salary for a higher ranked and experienced employees
