      Pros

      Fantastic company to work for with lots of benefits. Shown resilience during the Covid pandemic allowing us to work from home and be agile to meet needs for those with kids. The work offers a lot of opportunity for growth and some great projects to get involved in. Have clear and strong relationship with management who go out there way to support and provide guidance.

      Cons

      Miss the interaction within the office, but know this cannot be helped due to the ongoing pandemic.

      Pros

      JDP is more then a company. It is a family! Through the variety of project gives the opportunity to improve the knowledge in any environment of the Architecture. In after words, it IS a complete FAMILY!

      Pros

      • Senior management approachable and office relaxed • Sociable atmosphere, reassurance/ encouragement in the workplace • Relaxed location- Overlooks severn valley railway and short walk into town which is good. • Expanding company with lots of opportunities for different projects • Exciting new projects which can be challenging

      Cons

      • More opportunities for team development can be offered, however the manager took us out for team building days and activities on behalf of the company, which means this is not much of an issue.
