      Frequent turnover, poor provider retention rate, and below average pay

      Pros

      The healthcare providers and clinical staff are knowledgable, caring, and wonderful colleagues. Wholesome mission of providing quality care to low-income and medically underserved patients. Eligible for NHSC loan repayment program.

      Cons

      Executive team has no medical education or clinical experience, making unilateral decisions without consultation or direction from medically trained professionals. Micromanagement of work environment and red tape policies. No administration time for clinical staff leads to working extended hours without additional compensation. Working hours are not conducive to raising a family with healthy work-life balance.

      Patients are amazing. Job is rewarding

      Cons

      Management doesn't listen to concerns and makes little to no attempt to fix problems. High employee turn over. Low morale. Top heavy administration.

      Supportive team and good pay, but high turnover

      Pros

      All of the dental assistants got along very well helping eachother when possible. Pay was good for just starting out, $18 per hour. 10 hour shifts/4 days per week gave you 3 days off in a row.

      Cons

      Heavy, heavy turnover. Board of directors have no clue what working there is, they just sit at the top and pass judgement. One day you are secure in your job, next day you are cleaning out your locker at the snap of their fingers. Next, next..
