Worst owners ever

Pros

The only good thing about this company is the co-workers and that I never have to show my face there again. Best decision I ever made was to leave.

Cons

The owners don't care about their employees. Everyone is replaceable. They have zero loyalty or integrity. They get a kick out of belittling their employees knowing there's nothing they can do. This was the most negative work environment I have ever experienced.

Pros

The people are great. Felt like family.

Cons

Don't care about their employees. Track every single thing and process that you do each day. No cell phones/iPods/iPads allowed. Watched at all times. Felt like prison.

Pros

At least is a job, you can find good people among the bad like in all places.

Cons

When you get hired, they lie to you about advancement opportunities, nice bonuses and so forth. The truth of the matter is that the collections supervisor needs other type of training, he can be good talking but, he doesn't talk walk the talk. Everything before going to lawsuits revolves about him and there is no way you can lead a team that way. It is the typical call center where they squeeze you out and expect you to kill yourself for the company. Double-face management that can sweet talk and then stab you in the back. Also, there is like a silence code and type of back in cold-war era secretive policy where everything has to be known and all the people are afraid of the rest of their peers. They offer you training which is mostly a hands-on training and is good for nothing.
