Flexible Scheduling, Decent Pay. That’s it.
Cons
NOT BOH friendly. Front of house staff basically get free reign on seating/putting in orders. Very common for 20 tickets to pile out all at once. Very demoralized and disrespectful towards kitchen. Kitchen staff voiced complaints, managers say they understand, and do nothing to remedy the issue. Pretty standard operating procedure at the OC locations.
