      No potential for growth or development. If you want to grow in the insurance industry--run for the hills.

      Pros

      Social, young group. Happy hours, multiple conferences.

      Cons

      Zero pay, managers are a joke. Do no work and get rewarded. Work hard and no one notices. They say part of the low salary is because of the "bonuses," but when no bonus is paid out they say the bonus is a "gift." Make up your mind.

      Pros

      Good place to get your start, they will hire with little to no experience. Of course, the pay isn't great but you can get the experience you need to move on to a higher paying job with some growth potential.

      Cons

      No future here. They talk about growth but I have been here 5 years and seen no growth for employees or managers for matter. The only growth you will see is when the new, young Johnson's come on. Then you can become a VP with no experience. They talk about promoting from within but that is just for family. They keep good employees for 2 to 5 years then they move on.
