Pros

The patients and coworkers, that’s it

Cons

Working for this company will be the worst decision of your life, I promise you. They ONLY care about money. Their employees are completely dispensable and they let us know that all the time. The benefits are wildly expensive, you’ll be paying over $1000 a month just for you and your kids. Want to include a spouse? More like $1500 a month. This year alone the following people were fired: HR Director, call center manager, two office managers, chief operating officer, a physician, a physician assistant, multiple technicians. Several of those people left the 5 star reviews that you see here before they were fired without any cause or warning. You will always be looking for another position because you are in fear the entire time that you work here. Turnover is huge too. On top of those who have been fired, we have had MANY people leave. In 2025 we have seen over 10 employees leave for more stable positions, including NPs, PAs, doctors, technicians and managers. You can come work here, but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Pros

Great place to work, amazing vision and everyone works together to help patients.

Cons

I think more culture amongst the exec team is needed since most are remote.

Pros

Culture, team atmosphere, commitment to our patients. I have never worked with people who cared as much as these providers do. Our patients drive everything we do.

Cons

If you don't like to move at the speed of sound, maybe not for you. I love the pace, but not everyone moves as fast as they do.
