Pros

It is fun yes. Working here makes me feel home. "Some" co-workers are my friends. "Some" supervisors or managers are good. The food is very delicious and the benefits are equally great.

Cons

Favoritism. Some lazy co-workers who takes advantage of you because they know you work harder than them. Some supervisors blames you instead when it was not really your fault and it was someone else's. You get criticized and backstabbed when you're new! (Based on my own experience and it hurts me to tell you that i've heard my supervisor talking behind my back with my own ears. She was even laughing!)
