Plays way too many games. MULTIPLE times they would post a job opening and dozens would apply only for them to choose someone they’d had in mind since the beginning. Blatant favoritism. You had to kiss up to management 24/7 to get anywhere at all with this company. Some of the people working there had worked there way too long there for felt as though they didn’t actually have to do any work Very cliquey. When I first started everyone was very welcoming and everyone got along for the most part. Then new management took over and everyone became very clique and petty. The members are allowed to completely disrespect the employees. I witnessed multiple times a member totally go off on a worker and then somehow the member is rewarded with a 25 dollar gift card.
