There are a lot of cool things being built all of the time. If you enjoy building and making one of a kind signs and scenery and props you may enjoy it.
Cons
Whatever enjoyment you find in creating things is likely to be stifled by managers that don't know what they are doing and are always stressed out. Therefore taking their stress and mistakes out on employees. Most mistakes made by management are often blamed on people below them. And there is a lot of gossip between some staff and the management about other employees. Creating a toxic environment. And if you value true craftsmanship that takes time and care, they will push you for the sake of production time. I don't believe they value true high quality work. But rather money. And getting projects done as quickly as possible. And if you want to practice one trade you will likely end up doing about 6 or 7 different jobs that you weren't hired for.
